A refurbishment of a standalone three-storey office block on Lawnswood Business Park, incorporating a reception area extension greeting the estate.

The internal works consisted of a strip out back to the shell and installation of all new contractors design A/C system and lighting and the installation of new lift.

Further works included a modern suspended ceiling grid fitted throughout, decoration, tiling works and WC facilities. External works included window decoration, gutter repairs and new concrete compound to accommodate the new condensers of the upgraded A/C installation.
