Contract Details
Occupying a prime location in the centre of Darlington, Bainbridge House was mostly vacant and dilapidated. Previously with a single occupier, it had the potential for use as a multi-occupancy space.
We carried out a full flat and slated pitch roof replacement, delivered a complete window replacement scheme and performed repairs to the façade.
