This job involved a complete strip-out and refurbishment of the 13th floor of the building.

The flooring and canteen were completely revamped, while the interior concrete was removed to make way for slick new fire-rated screens, which allow more natural light to shine through the level.

Fully glazed fire-rated doors also add to the open, airy feel of the level, with new suspended ceiling and light works.

The plumbing and electrical systems were also upgraded throughout to cater for the contemporary technological demands of clients.
