Peter Noall BSc MBA ACCA

Managing Director

Peter has been with the company since 2012. A qualified accountant, he became Finance Director in 2015 and took over the running of the company in mid-2020.

Gary Solomon

Contracts Director

Gary has been with the company for more than 25 yrs. Starting as a plumbing and heating engineer, he has been both a site and contracts manager. He became a director in 2010. He leads and develops the Contract Management team.

Paul Noall

Chairman

Paul is a former Management Consultant with both Hay & PwC. He is an experienced managing director and led the company from 2010 until 2020, when he stepped back to become Chairman.

Gareth Owen

Director, Responsive Maintenance

Gareth has been with the company since his days as an apprentice. Originally a joiner, he has progressed to lead the Responsive Maintenance team that provides a fast service for a wide range of significant commercial clients.

Jay joined the company in 2017 as a finance graduate, completing his accountancy qualification in under 3 years. He moved into the Head of Finance position in August 2021.
